The Spanish Property Experience in Warsaw: Why Poland Continues to Be a Key Market for Costa del Sol Real Estate

On 31 January 2026, One Eden took part in The Spanish Property Experience trade show in Warsaw, hosted at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Conference Centre.

Represented by our Senior Sales Executive, Mauro Candoli, the event confirmed a trend we continue to see across Europe: Poland remains one of the most active and well-informed source markets for Spanish real estate, particularly on the Costa del Sol.

Why Poland matters for Spanish property buyers

Many attendees arrived with a clear objective. Whether looking for a second home, a lifestyle relocation or a long-term investment, Polish buyers showed strong preparation and a clear understanding of the Spanish market.

The organiser’s positioning matched our own experience on the ground: Poland combines growing purchasing power with a mature interest in Spain, especially destinations offering year-round living, connectivity and lifestyle stability.

An event format designed for meaningful conversations

The structure of the event played an important role in the quality of discussions:

  • Daytime fair: direct meetings with end clients
  • Afternoon networking: conversations with agents and developers
  • Evening gala: relaxed follow-up discussions and short developer presentations

In premium real estate, buyers rarely decide in one moment. This format allowed for both initial validation and deeper, more practical conversations — a key factor in building trust.

What we presented in Warsaw

Our conversations focused on two distinct developments on the Costa del Sol:

  • Serenity Alcaidesa — a refined, tranquil setting surrounded by golf and open Mediterranean views, close to La Hacienda Links Golf Resort.
  • Royal Palms Mijas — a resort-style development above La Cala de Mijas, designed for year-round living with wellness, leisure and outdoor spaces at its core.

Rather than focusing on single features, buyers were looking for clarity:

  • How each location fits into the wider Costa del Sol
  • What everyday life looks like beyond peak season
  • How the buying process works from Poland
  • What long-term ownership and management involve

The questions buyers kept asking

Across meetings, four themes came up consistently:

  1. A clear step-by-step buying process from reservation to delivery
  2. Understanding the location remotely, especially outside summer months
  3. Rental considerations, without exaggerated promises
  4. Why this developer, and how projects are delivered over time

These conversations reinforced that today’s buyers want transparency over storytelling.

Why the environment matters

The venue and overall organisation created a calm, professional atmosphere — something that significantly influences decision-making. Buyers felt they were engaging with a credible ecosystem, not a one-off sales pitch.

The event was organised by 4Costas Real Estate and Costa Blanca Bolig, with strong on-site coordination.
