It is surrounded by golf courses, including the Heathland and Links courses at La Hacienda Links Golf Resort. The beach is close by, with sea views visible from someof the properties. Natural reserves and green areas provide a sense of tranquility, while excellent transport links make the area supremely practical. Gibraltar Airport is approximately. 20 minutes away, Málaga Airport is around an hour, Sotogrande only 15 minutes and Marbella is less than half an hour’s drive. This balance of natural beauty and connectivity makes it an attractive place to buy.
